Medical Aesthetician

Valencia Voci Medical Aesthetics is a growing upscale medspa in Charlotte, NC seeking a part-time or full time highly talented, passionate, and professional aesthetician. The ideal candidate is polished in appearance with a positive, friendly demeanor and maintains a high level of professionalism when interacting with patients and coworkers.

Candidate must hold a current NC state esthetician license with extensive experience in the aesthetic industry (at least 5 years preferred).

Job Description

Perform Patient consultations to identify their needs in order to develop comprehensive treatment plans and recommend customized package services.

Perform non-surgical advanced skin treatments such as HydraFacial, Chemical Peel, Dermaplaning,AquaGold Microchanneling, SkinPen Microneedling, Vivace Microneedling RF, Venus Concept Treatments (Venus VIVA Fractional RF Skin Resurfacing, Venus Legacy RF Skin Tightening & Venus Versa IPL Photofacial), Laser CO2 CoolPeel, Geneo Glo2 and Coolsculpting- Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Maintain accurate medical records for Patients and obtain consent forms.

Educate Patients about pre- and post-treatment care guidelines.

Maintain inventory-tracking systems for all disposables. Order and stock inventory and supplies as needed.

Maintain all federal requirements of a medical office, including HIPAA, OSHA, and client confidentiality.

Perform additional medical and administrative office tasks as needed.

Attend all in-house training and commit to outside continuing education when needed or requested

Qualifications

Minimum 5 Years Med Spa experience.

Experience in at least two of the following treatments & therapies we perform:

SkinPen Microneedling, VIVACE Microneedling RF, Dermaplaning, Coolsculpting, HydraFacial, Laser CO2 CoolPeel, Venus Concept (Venus Legacy, Venus Viva & Venus Versa), AquaGold, Chemical Peel, and LightStim Therapy preferred, but not required-Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Must have skin care knowledge.

Competence with Electronic Medical Records (Experience with AestheticsPro a Plus, but not required)

Current NC Esthetician License

Candidates must have an existing client base and be able to bring their own patients as part of this role

Proven ability to drive sales

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Must be incredibly reliable and punctual

Willing to help in other areas of practice when available and a flexible team player
