Medical Aesthetician

We are seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our team in Downtown San Antonio. We are looking for someone passionate about skincare, aesthetics, wellness, and patient experience who thrives in a professional and fast paced environment.

The ideal candidate is confident performing advanced skincare treatments, educating clients, building treatment plans, and providing an elevated client experience. We are especially looking for someone who is motivated, career driven, and excited to grow with our company long term.

Responsibilities

• Perform skincare treatments including Hydrafacial, microneedling, dermaplaning, PCA chemical peels.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend treatment plans based on patient goals
• Educate clients on skincare products, post care, and treatment expectations
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with before and after photos and social media content when needed
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients
• Maintain accurate client documentation and follow clinic protocols

Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetician License required
• Experience with microneedling, PCA peels, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, and facials required
• Laser certification is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Sales and retail skincare experience is a requirement
• Social media/content creation experience
