Medical Aesthetician (Part-Time)

Grey Aesthetics is an award-winning luxury medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Newport Beach specializing in advanced skin rejuvenation, regenerative aesthetics, and non-surgical facial rejuvenation. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and sales-driven Medical Aesthetician to join our team 1–2 days per week.

This position is ideal for someone who loves skincare, enjoys building relationships with patients, and understands that delivering exceptional results and growing patient treatment plans go hand-in-hand.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Applicants must have hands-on experience performing:

✔ Hydrafacial

✔ Hydrafacial Keravive

✔ BioRePeel

✔ ZO Stimulator Peel

Candidates without experience in these treatments will not be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Treatment Services

Perform Hydrafacial treatments

Perform Hydrafacial Keravive scalp treatments

Administer BioRePeel treatments

Perform ZO Stimulator Peels

Conduct comprehensive skin consultations

Create customized treatment plans for patients

Document treatments thoroughly and accurately

Skincare & Retail Sales

A strong understanding and ability to confidently recommend medical-grade skincare is required.

Experience with the following brands is highly preferred:

Epicutis

ZO Skin Health

EltaMD

Responsibilities include:

Recommending home care regimens

Educating patients on skincare products

Driving retail skincare sales

Following up with patients to ensure compliance and results

Membership & Treatment Plan Sales

Sales is a major component of this role.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable:

Converting consultations into booked treatments

Recommending package plans

Enrolling patients into memberships

Educating patients on long-term treatment plans

Building patient loyalty and retention

Meeting individual sales goals and KPIs

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping patients achieve results while confidently recommending the services and products that support those outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Active California Esthetician License

Minimum 2 years of medical spa experience preferred

Proven sales experience in a medical spa or aesthetic environment

Experience selling skincare, memberships, and treatment packages

Strong consultation skills

Excellent communication and customer service

Professional appearance and demeanor

Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

Comfortable creating educational and social media content
