We are seeking a confident and results-driven Medical Aesthetician to join our growing Medical Spa team.

This position is ideal for an experienced provider who is comfortable performing advanced facial treatments and conducting consultations that lead to treatment package sales ($1500–$6,000+).

The right candidate is passionate about skin transformation, patient relationships, and delivering measurable aesthetic results through customized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

* Perform advanced facial treatments

* Hydrafacial treatments

* RF skin tightening treatments

* Microneedling treatments

* Chemical peels

* Conduct professional skin consultations

* Recommend and sell treatment packages

* Maintain accurate treatment documentation

* Deliver a high-end client experience

Requirements

* Active Florida Aesthetician License

* Experience in a Medical Spa environment preferred

* Experience with RF, Microneedling, or Hydrafacial required

* Strong consultation and sales ability

* Confidence recommending treatment plans

* Professional appearance and communication skills

Compensation

$18–$22 per hour + commission on treatment packages:

* Packages up to $3,000 → 5% commission

* Packages between $3,000–$5,000 → 7% commission

* Packages above $5,000 → 10% commission

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
