The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled, career-minded Advanced Aesthetician to join our elite team. Position Highlights

• Clinical Excellence: Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Laser Resurfacing, or RF Skin Tightening
• Consultative Sales: Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and design multi-month treatment plans that incorporate both in-office procedures and medical-grade home care.
• Patient Retention: Build long-term relationships through exceptional bedside manner and meticulous follow-up.
• Collaboration: Work directly with our Medical Director to ensure the highest standards of safety and efficacy.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-demand aesthetic, laser and Wellness treatments, including:

• Skin rejuvenation, anti-aging therapies
• Laser
• Body contouring
• Conduct customized skin assessments and recommend tailored treatment plans
• Educate patients on skincare, wellness protocols, and post-treatment care
• Support consultations, clinical documentation, and follow-up care
• Participate in continued education, mentorship, and advanced device training

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting.
• Licensure: Active Iowa Aesthetician/ CMA License in good standing.
