Medical Aesthetician / Laser Specialist (Sales-Focused)

Position Overview:
This is result growth driven positions

You will perform services while guiding clients into treatment plans, packages, and ongoing care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform facials, body contouring, and laser treatments
• Conduct consultations and recommend treatment plans
• Sell packages, upgrades, and memberships
• Rebook clients with deposits before they leave
• Build client relationships to increase retention
• Support scheduling and front flow when needed
• Maintain a clean and professional treatment environment

Technical Experience Required:

Requirements:

• Active Esthetician License
• Laser License (required)
• Medspa experience preferred
• Experience with facials and laser treatments
• Strong understanding of skin and treatment protocols

• Open to taking before & after photos (with consent)
• Uses downtime productively (client follow-ups, outreach, learning, visibility)

• Honest, kind, and dependable
• Experience with body contouring treatments
• Experience with Alma laser platforms, including:
• 2940 nm (Er / ClearLift)
• 532 nm (pigmentation / vascular)
• 1064 nm (skin tightening / deeper treatments)
• Strong understanding of skin types and treatment protocols

Pay:
Growth and earning potential based on performance

Compensation:

• Commission on packages, upgrades, and rebooking deposits
• Includes daily bonus
• Growth Pay

Important:
This is a performance-based role.

Success is measured by:

• Client conversions
• Rebooking consistency
• Daily revenue contribution

Schedule:

• 2–3 days per week
• Flexible based on business needs
