MNML MedSpa is seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Aesthetician and Laser Technician to join our team in delivering advanced skin and body treatments in a modern, luxury environment. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic and laser treatments according to training and licensure (facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, laser hair removal, and other energy-based treatments).
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations, recommending treatment plans and homecare regimens tailored to each client’s goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all MNML devices, skincare lines, and services to effectively educate clients.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences by ensuring comfort, safety, and optimal outcomes during every service.
• Promote memberships, product sales, and package options by educating clients on long-term benefits.
• Meet and exceed monthly service, retail, and membership goals through effective communication and client follow-up.
• Create and maintain an active social media presence representing MNML — posting before-and-after photos (with consent), sharing educational content, and engaging with followers to drive bookings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate promotional ideas, participate in content creation, and appear in media campaigns.
• Maintain treatment room organization, cleanliness, and equipment sterilization in accordance with MNML and state health regulations.
• Ensure all treatments and client interactions reflect the luxury and professionalism of the MNML brand.
• Track client data, treatment notes, and sales performance accurately using the EMR system (BLVD).
• Participate in continuing education, brand trainings, and team meetings.

Requirements

• Active Esthetician License in the State of Texas (required).
• TDLR Laser Hair Removal License (Senior Technician or Professional level preferred).
• 2 years of experience performing both aesthetic and laser-based services in a medical spa or clinical setting.
• Experience with Halo and Morpheus8
• Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, treatment contraindications, and post-care guidance.
• Proven ability to drive sales and client retention through education, follow-up, and relationship building.
• Comfortable appearing on social media and creating content that aligns with the MNML brand aesthetic.
• Polished, professional appearance with a warm and confident demeanor.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow with an innovative med spa team.
• Evening or weekend availability as needed.

Technology & Marketing Proficiency

• EMR systems (BLVD preferred).
• Social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Content creation basics (reels, lighting, short-form videos).
• Basic use of iPhone and Microsoft tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• $27/hour base pay
• 5% commission on services
• 10% commission on retail sales
• 50% commission on the first month of all memberships sold
