Medical Aesthetician – Sales Focused | Luxury Med Spa

RevIVe Medical Spa is seeking a polished, confident, and results-oriented Medical Aesthetician who thrives in both patient care and sales performance.

This is NOT a passive facial-only role.

We are looking for a strong communicator who understands that aesthetics is both an art and a business — someone who can build trust, educate patients, confidently present treatment plans, and convert consultations into long-term relationships and memberships.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments (facials, RF, body contouring, skin rejuvenation)
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations
• Confidently present treatment plans and package options
• Convert consultations into booked services
• Educate patients on skincare and membership programs
• Drive retail skincare sales
• Participate in social media and content creation
• Support practice growth initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
• Provide a luxury, elevated patient experience from start to finish

Who You Are

• Licensed Aesthetician (Florida)
• Strong sales background (med spa, aesthetics, hospitality, or high-end retail preferred)
• Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, packages, and closing
• Confident recommending multi-treatment plans
• Results-driven and motivated by commission
• Polished, professional, and camera-comfortable
• Highly organized and tech-savvy
• Coachable and growth-oriented

Bonus if you:

• Have medical spa experience
• Have strong retail conversion numbers
• Are comfortable upselling without feeling “salesy”
• Understand skin physiology and treatment layering and work with injectors and doctors.
