Responsibilities

This is an on-site role as a Medical Aesthetician at Daniels Group Plastic Surgery. The Medical Aesthetician will administer treatments using aesthetic devices and assist Dr. Daniels during medical procedures. They will also conduct one-on-one skincare and treatment consultations, educating patients on the benefits of both non-surgical treatments and professional skincare products. A key part of this role involves identifying patient needs and confidently recommending personalized treatment plans. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and attention to patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetic treatments, some of which include Diamond Glow facials, Alma TED, Emsculpt Neo, Microneedling, and more.
• Knowledge of Skincare products from various companies such as Obagi and SkinMedica.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to educate patients and drive skincare and treatment sales
• Knowledge of medical aesthetics and cosmetic procedures.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to provide a high level of patient satisfaction
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer Skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures
• Previous experience in a medical or aesthetic practice
• B.A./B.S. preferred
• Aesthetician Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
