Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Aesthetician/Laser Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Laser and HydraFacial treatments and a passion for providing exceptional service to clients.

1099 position. No benefits provided

Payment structure: Combination of 50/50 profit split and fixed rate reimbursement for select procedures.

Social media presence is highly preferred.

Available to work: Every Friday and every other Saturday. Flexible.

Responsibilities:

- Perform Laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments.

- Perform HydraFacial, Traditional Facial & Chemical Peel treatments for skin rejuvenation.

- Perform IPL and Body Sculpting treatments.

- Provide patient education on skincare products.
- Consult with patients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Keep accurate patient records and treatment notes.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest laser technology and techniques.

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with patients.

- Advanced skincare knowledge.
- Experience in laser treatments such as hair removal and skin rejuvenation.

- Experience in micro-needling and Morpheus8 RF

- Adaptability and continuous learning.

- Product knowledge and salesmanship.

- Cultural competency and time management.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
