Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Aesthetician to join our growing spa team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare, client relationships, and delivering exceptional results in a professional medical setting.

What we’re looking for:

• Licensed Aesthetician with prior experience in a medical spa or clinical environment
• Proven ability to build and retain a loyal client base (existing clientele is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, lasers, products, and protocols
• A team player who is flexible, dependable, and eager to contribute wherever needed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Aesthetician Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments (facials, chemical peels, lasers, etc.)
• Consult with clients and recommend appropriate skincare plans and products
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Support overall spa operations and assist team members as needed
• Help grow the practice through client retention and referrals
• Adhere to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedule
• Maintain product knowledge to promote and sell spa services and retail products
• Ensure work areas are clean, equipment is sanitized, and linens and supplies are always stocked
• Adhere to aesthetics policies pertaining to chemical usage, and cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment

Aesthetician Requirements:

• State licensure to practice as an Aesthetician in Kansas
• Proficient in performing all applicable treatments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to maintain patient/client confidentiality

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
