Medical Aesthetics Practice Manager

Job description:

We are a high-end laser center and medical spa. Our treatment plans are highly customized according to individual needs to achieve the desired results. Spark revives and restores overall wellness to women and men while renewing self-confidence.

The important aspect of this job requires educating clients about our services and doing successful in-depth consultations to sell treatment programs and products.

The compensation for this position reflects our commitment to rewarding managers who bring an entrepreneurial mindset to their job performance. We offer a generous base salary plus sales commission on services and spa packages. We want our spa manager to exceed a six-figure salary in their first year, and to experience continual financial growth thereafter.

Job requirements:

  • Help drive revenue growth.
  • Provide in-depth client consultations with the ability to close high-ticket sales.
  • Establishes a high-performance team of staff that is efficient, knowledgeable, service-oriented, and shares responsibility for attaining the goals of the practice
  • Oversee spa employees and manage their performance
  • Recruit, interview, and hire employees as needed
  • Assist in creating treatment protocols, training manuals, and training schedule
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing ideas. Create and monitor, social media engagement, and work with our digital and SEO strategist on effective marketing strategies. Monitor digital marketing performance of SEO strategist.
  • Oversee supply stock and ordering
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the spa facilities and working operation of all spa equipment

Essential Skills and Abilities:

Superior interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of skincare, laser treatments and medical spa services

‪Organized and possess exceptional sales abilities

‪Attentive to detail and accuracy

Qualifications:

‪3+ years of operating/managing experience in the Medical Spa industry

Success in driving operating strategies to elevate customer experiences. Use data and feedback to refine those strategies over time

Ability to understand and adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols

Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Medical Spa: 3 or more years

License/Certification:

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
