Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures and medical histories
• Prepare examination rooms and assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures
• Maintain charts to document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Support basic laboratory tests as needed
• Assist with patient education on treatment plans, medication instructions, and health maintenance strategies
• Manage medical supplies inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of clinical areas
• Perform basic anatomy assessments to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
• Handle administrative tasks including appointment scheduling and managing patient intake forms

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in office settings with familiarity in dermatology preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding standards for accurate documentation and billing
• Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately across diverse populations including geriatrics and internal medicine patients

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
