Job Overview
IMMEDIATE HIRE FOR A BILINGUAL (SPANISH) MEDICAL ASSISTANT: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Medical Assistant to join our specialty healthcare team. You will ensure smooth clinic operations, exceptional patient service, and accurate clinical documentation & making a meaningful difference in patient care.

Duties

• Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories and updating electronic health records (EHR systems)
• Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates with precision and care
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process
• Support providers during clinical procedures & exams while also scribing
• Manage medical documentation with accuracy

Experience

• Minimum 2 year recent experience working as a Medical Assistant required
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems and medical terminology is essential for accurate documentation and efficient workfloW
• Demonstrated ability to perform intake assessments, vital signs collection, medication administration in fast-paced clinic settings
• Knowledge of chart prep, patient triage, medication refills, medication prior authorization, lab orders, scribing, sterile technique & medical records required
• Knowledge of workers comp & medical liens a plus
• MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH!!!

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
