Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Support

  • Greet and check-in patients, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment
  • Conduct patient intake, collect health information, measure vitals, and ensure confidentiality
  • Provide pre- and post-procedure care, supporting patient comfort and safety
  • Assist patients with understanding procedures and answering basic questions under staff guidance

Procedure Room Operations

  • Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, stocking supplies and turning over efficiently
  • Assist with procedures and treatments under the supervision of medical staff

Clinical & Administrative Duties

  • Schedule appointments, follow up with patients, and support clinic operations
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
  • Interact with potential patients, providing information and support to guide their care

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with medical and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic flow
  • Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Requirements

  • Graduate of a Medical Assistant (MA) program; eligible for CMA certification within 3 months
  • BLS or CPR certified (or willingness to become certified)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and patient privacy
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of medical/surgical procedures
  • At least 5 years of experience in a medical or dental clinic

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
