Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Support

Greet and check-in patients, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment
Conduct patient intake, collect health information, measure vitals, and ensure confidentiality
Provide pre- and post-procedure care, supporting patient comfort and safety
Assist patients with understanding procedures and answering basic questions under staff guidance

Procedure Room Operations

Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, stocking supplies and turning over efficiently
Assist with procedures and treatments under the supervision of medical staff

Clinical & Administrative Duties

Schedule appointments, follow up with patients, and support clinic operations
Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
Interact with potential patients, providing information and support to guide their care

Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with medical and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic flow
Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Requirements

Graduate of a Medical Assistant (MA) program; eligible for CMA certification within 3 months
BLS or CPR certified (or willingness to become certified)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and patient privacy
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Experience

Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of medical/surgical procedures
At least 5 years of experience in a medical or dental clinic
