Medical Assistant – Dynamic Specialty Practice
Location: Primarily Chalfont, PA (with flexibility to float to Quakertown, PA office as needed)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 10-hour shifts (No Fridays – 3-day weekends!)

Pennsylvania Pain & Spine Institute is a fast-paced, patient-centered specialty practice seeking a motivated Medical Assistant to join our team. This position is based primarily in our Chalfont office with the opportunity to float to our Quakertown location as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories
• Prepare exam and procedure rooms
• Assist providers with in-office procedures and injections
• Perform phlebotomy and administer IM injections as directed
• Manage clinical documentation and EMR tasks
• Coordinate patient care, scheduling, and follow-up

Qualifications:

• Prior Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced specialty environment
