We also offer a clear pathway to leadership and career growth within our organization.

  • Greet and check in patients, ensuring charts are prepared for the clinician.
  • Train on EMR and clinic software; support staff in recordkeeping and chart updates.
  • Process medical records, faxes, and medication refills promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare patients for examinations: take vitals, set up/perform EKGs, document findings, and upload results into the EMR.
  • Support clinicians with scribing and updating patient records.
  • Assist in coordinating referrals and follow-ups with in-network specialists.
  • Maintain supplies and equipment, including troubleshooting, ordering, and preventive maintenance.
  • Facilitate telehealth visits and provide technical assistance to patients.
  • Uphold compliance with legal, clinical, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the scribe team and help train/mentor new staff as needed.
  • Embrace opportunities to expand responsibilities and contribute to the growth of the clinic.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with prior EMR experience; quick learner with software.
  • High accountability and consistent attendance (direct, patient-facing role).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Positive, growth-oriented mindset with professionalism under pressure.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with EMR systems and medical terminology preferred.
  • Medical Assistant training/degree or prior clinical office experience is a plus, but not required—we are committed to training and developing the right candidate.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a tight-knit team of clinicians, patients, and professionals who support one another.
  • Gain exposure to both clinical and administrative healthcare operations.
