Duties include but are not limited to:

· Room patients; intake, update medical history.

· Communicate with provider and transcribe during visit.

· Coordinate patient’s care and follow through on provider orders.

· Daily triage of patients’ concerns via telephone and email messages.

· Assist providers with in-office procedures (cosmetic and surgical procedures)

· Assist with prior authorizations.

· Cleaning/stocking of rooms and instruments.

Qualifications / Skills Desired:

· Experience in dermatology preferred but not required (will train the right candidate).

· EMR system (Modernizing Medicine): 1 year (preferred)

· Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in MS Office and preferred experience with electronic medical records.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

· Ability to maintain regular attendance.

· Compliant with OSHA and HIPAA requirements.

· Excellent teamwork skills: team player and willingness to laugh and have fun.

· Excited to experience new things and continue learning.

· Education: High School or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
