Job Description:

Georgous Aesthetic Bar is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our esteemed practice founder and lead injector, Georgia Cirese, in delivering top-notch care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for clinical procedures.
• Support the clinical team during patient consultations and treatments.
• Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
• Ensure all medical instruments are properly sterilized and ready for use.
• Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

Requirements:

• Certification: Medical Assistant or EMT certification in the state of Missouri is preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Ability to work open to close, 5 days per week.
