Medical Assistant
Hemorrhoid Centers of America stands as the leading treatment provider for hemorrhoids and other ano-rectal conditions, boasting the largest network of treatment centers in America. Currently, we operate six office locations strategically placed across metro-Atlanta, including Cumming, Decatur, Lawrenceville, Roswell, Sandy Springs, and Smyrna. Our primary focus lies in the non-surgical treatment of hemorrhoids and anal fissures. We’re seeking a a candidate who is willing to travel to multiple locations.

Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic Medical Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level, full-time position (Monday–Friday) offers significant growth opportunities within our organization.
In this role, you will work closely with our physicians, medical assistants, and front office staff to ensure a smooth patient experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients during check-in and check-out.
- Assisting with patient triage and medical procedures.
- Transcribing medical records and managing room clean-up.
- Coordinating patient care effectively and professionally.
- Prior Authorizations for procedures and medications.
We currently have six office locations: Cumming, Decatur, Lawrenceville, Roswell, Sandy Springs, and Smyrna. While the typical weekly schedule for this position is outlined below, please note that travel to any of our locations may be required for coverage:
- Monday: Smyrna
- Tuesday: Sandy Springs
- Wednesday: Decatur
- Thursday: Sandy Springs
- Friday: Sandy Springs

Salary
$20 - $25 per hour
