Medical Assistant – ALPHA Men’s Health (Southlake, TX)

ALPHA Men’s Health, North Texas' #1 rated men’s clinic, is seeking a full time health and wellness-focused Medical Assistant to support our continued growth. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with experience assisting providers in clinical settings through routine patient interactions, wellness checks, and essential support services.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Prior experience in hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, and/or peptides is beneficial but not essential — training will be provided. A successful candidate for this position must enjoy working in a collaborative team environment (typically 3-4 MAs on shift daily) with a high volume of patient interactions, and must also be strongly computer literate, able to quickly navigate systems and chart digitally.

Hourly pay is dependent on experience.

Role Summary

Medical Assistants play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient clinic environment, supporting intake and patient care processes, and providing guidance when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture/phlebotomy for lab analysis
• Oversee internal lab operations and sample processing
• Conduct therapeutic bloodletting
• Administer IV drip therapy
• Process payments for services
• Administer intramuscular injections
• Place prescription orders
• Record manual vitals for patients
• Operate EMR systems to log patient activity
• Facilitate patient onboarding and intake processes

We are seeking full time (40 hour per week) candidates for this position.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
