We are a busy, patient-focused Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation practice dedicated to helping patients regain function and improve quality of life. Our team values compassion, professionalism, and teamwork — and we’re looking for a motivated office/medical assistant to join us!

Position Summary:

As a key member of our clinical team, the Medical Office Assistant will support our physician and patients through high-quality clinical and administrative care. You’ll assist with patient evaluations, prepare exam rooms, manage documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and prepare patients for exams and procedures
• Record vital signs, medical history, and assist with physical exams
• Manage patient flow and ensure timely rooming and follow-up
• Update and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
• Assist with scheduling, referrals, and patient communication
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred
• Prior experience in PM&R, orthopedics, or pain management a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• EMR experience preferred
• Compassionate, professional, and dependable

Expected hour are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8-4:30 and Friday 8-3
