Key Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers in delivering ketamine infusion therapy and other wellness treatments.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Take patient vitals and record detailed medical histories.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, addressing patient questions and concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinic policies.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar healthcare role preferred.
