Medical Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical setting, particularly with orthopedics . This role requires taking x-rays and assisting with various medical procedures, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities,

• Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.
• Perform X-Ray procedures as needed.
• Document patient history, medications, and other relevant information in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with clinical procedures.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems for documentation purposes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
• Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
