• Days: Monday – Friday
• Travel: As needed (1–2 days per week)
• Work Environment: Clinical setting (no home visits)

About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support our clinical care team by providing high‑quality patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, organized professional who enjoys collaborative, patient‑focused work in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Certified Medical Assistant will be responsible for the following day‑to‑day tasks:

• Greet and intake patients in a professional, empathetic manner
• Measure and accurately record patient vital signs
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Document patient information and clinical data in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Provide clear and timely hand‑off communication to Physicians (MDs) and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs)
• Follow up on assigned clinical tasks to ensure continuity of care
• Assist with direct patient care as directed by the clinical team
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of exam rooms
• Adhere to all clinical, safety, and privacy standards (HIPAA compliance)
• Collaborate effectively with the broader healthcare team to support high‑quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
• Experience: 1–2 years of related clinical or medical assistant experience
• Ability to work full‑time, Monday through Friday
• Willingness to travel as needed (1–2 days per week)
