We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support our providers across both wellness and aesthetic services. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to delivering a seamless, elevated patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws, process labs (labeling, spinning, packaging, handle pickup)
• Start, monitor, and remove IVs; take and document vital signs
• Assist with physicals (vitals, intake, blood draws)
• Prepare injectables and IV therapies per protocol
• Apply numbing agents and take before/after photos
• Room patients, support overlapping appointments, and maintain smooth flow
• Chart during and between appointments
• Clean, stock, and turn over treatment rooms
• Perform InBody scans and upload results
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking supply levels and restocking as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or relevant experience
• Strong phlebotomy and IV skills preferred - can get certification on the job
• Med spa, aesthetics, or wellness experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
• Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:

• Medical Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Preferred)
