Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Assistant position located in Lancaster, PA. The Medical Assistant will work with the team to provide high-quality care to patients. Daily responsibilities include assisting with patient care, managing medical records, preparing exam rooms, supporting podiatric procedures, and ensuring the efficient operation of the medical office. Collaboration with patients and staff to maintain a comfortable and professional environment is essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Assisting and knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Experience with Medical Office operations and managing Medical Records
• Strong Patient Care skills with a focus on providing excellent service and comfort
• Organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and patient interaction
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant training program is preferred
• Experience in podiatry or geriatric care is a plus
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is preferred, but not required
