Key Responsibilities:

• Train nurses and caregivers on device usage, maintenance, and best practices

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support

• Coordinate device installation, setup, and testing

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols

• Maintain documentation, service logs, and reports

• Manage device inventory and replacements

• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and product teams

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare or medical device support

• Strong communication, clinical understanding, and troubleshooting skills

• Willingness to travel frequently
