Medical Assistant

• Perform phlebotomy on all patients, ensuring proper collection, labeling, and handling of lab samples.
• Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, educating patients on self-administration as needed.
• Constitute medications and prepare them for patient pickup according to clinic protocols.
• Triage patients, collecting and recording vital signs and health metrics.
• Complete InBody scans and other metabolic health assessments to support patient care plans.
• Manage patient flow to minimize wait times andoptimizeclinic efficiency.
• Greet, check in, and check out all patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, and text.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, following scripts and protocols to ensure consistent communication.
• Ring up retail purchases and reconcile the point-of-sale system at the end of each day.
• Scan, file, andmaintainpatient paperwork and clinic documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Track inventory of medical supplies, ensuringtimelyreordering and proper stock levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the waiting area, front desk, restroom, and all cliniccommon areas.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and Medical Provider to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient care.
• Perform other related duties tobenefitthemission of the organization.
