Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical tasks such as administering medications and surgical set-up.
• Support medical documentation by updating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems with accurate patient information.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to safety protocols for infection control and patient privacy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in settings such as hospital medicine, outpatient clinics, or specialty areas like dermatology or urgent care.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and basic life support (BLS) certification.
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems.
• Prior hospital experience.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on patient service and compassionate care.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments such as urgent care centers or medical-surgical units while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
