Located in Beverly Hills, CA, our center offers a range of services, including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, IV Vitamin Drip Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and more. This is a part-time on-site role for a Wellness Assistant located in Beverly Hills, CA. Sundays are required. The Wellness Assistant will support client experiences by guiding them through services such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and other wellness treatments. Responsibilities include assisting with session setup, supporting clients during their visits, managing client bookings, maintaining accurate wellness records, and responding to client needs with care and attention.

Daily duties also involve helping administer therapies in a safe, supportive environment, coordinating schedules, ensuring a smooth client flow, and assisting with day-to-day operations to create a calm, welcoming, and elevated wellness experience. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional service and ensuring each client feels supported throughout their journey.

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for wellness and client experience
• Experience with scheduling, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks
• Ability to create a calm, supportive, and welcoming environment
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and scheduling platforms
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Previous experience or strong interest in the wellness, health, or biohacking space preferred
