We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Medical Assistant (part-time or full-time) who is fluent in Cantonese to join our Optometry team with Dr. Spencer Moy OD. This role involves providing exceptional patient care, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring smooth communication between patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Cantonese-speaking patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring clear communication throughout their visit
• Collect patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and insurance details
• Assist/learn performing various eye testings and pictures

Skills

• Fluency in Cantonese
• Familiarity in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
• A willingness to learn new skills

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
