Dual Role: Patient Care Coordinator

NuVée Aesthetics is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team in a dual clinical and front-facing role as a Patient Care Coordinator.

This position is ideal for someone who is polished, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Position Overview

Role Type: Part-Time (with growth potential)
Setting: Boutique Medical Spa / Aesthetics Clinic
Schedule: Flexible based on business needs
Weekend Requirement: Must be available at least 2 Saturdays per month

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Support

• Assist providers with room setup and patient flow
• Perform patient intake, vitals, and chart preparation
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain supplies
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
• Support basic clinical procedures within scope

Patient Care Coordination

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Guide patients through their full experience before, during, and after appointments
• Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Answer calls, texts, and inquiries; assist with booking
• Educate patients on services, packages, and next steps
• Ensure all documentation and consents are completed

Front Desk and Sales Support

• Assist with retail recommendations and product education
• Support promotions, memberships, and service packages
• Encourage rebooking and long-term treatment planning
• Maintain an organized and efficient front desk environment

Qualifications

• CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
• Experience in a med spa or aesthetics setting preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated and eager to grow within the brand
