Medical Assistant

We are looking for an experienced back office Medical Assistant who is:

• Extremely nice with patients and staff.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Take care of pediatric patients with extreme patience.
• Ready to learn new skills.
• Spanish speaking is preferred.

Skills and Training

• A graduate of an accredited MA program.
• Possess excellent computer skills and able to use EHR. (We have eCW)
• Possesses knowledge of both front office and back office.
• Able to work with both adults and children.

Job description:

• Work in the back office.
• Check in the patient in the EHR system, prepare the patient for a visit by directing the patient to the examination room, take and record vital signs.
• Assist health care providers by performing well check screening procedures, giving vaccination, and drawing blood.
• Performs tests and procedures and follows up with results.
