Join Our Team as a Pediatric Medical Assistant!

Busy, upbeat Pediatric Office in Port Charlotte, FL looking for an energetic, and compassionate Medical Assistant to help us deliver excellent care to our wonderful young patients and their families.

What You’ll Do:

• - Room patients efficiently and with a smile, documenting symptoms in the EMR
• - Take and record vital signs
• - Administer vaccines and medications accurately
• - Perform in-office tests and procedures
• - Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
• - Help with phone triage when needed
• - Contact families with lab/test results and schedule follow-ups
• - Provide patient education and counseling as directed by our providers
• - Support the clinical team to ensure smooth, uninterrupted patient care

What We’re Looking For:

• - Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS
• - Minimum 1 year of medical office experience (Pediatric or triage experience is a big plus!)
• - Medical Assistant certification
• - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a warm bedside manner with kids
• - Ability to lift 20–30 lbs and stay on your feet for long periods
• - Team player who’s reliable and detail-oriented

What We Offer:

• - Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
• - Full-time, Monday–Friday, day shifts (no weekends or major holidays!)
