Medical Assistant

Medical Assistant needed for busy dermatology practice with offices in Media and Paoli. Immediate Full Time openings only. No part time or temporary summer positions available.

Great opportunity for an aspiring physician assistant or premed student to gain medical experience. Several members of our staff have successfully moved on to PA school! This is also a great opportunity for certified career medical assistants. Monday-Friday no weekends. Great opportunity to work with a very friendly staff.

Duties include assisting physicians and PAs as needed, recording visits in the EMR system, circulating during surgeries, screening patients, turning over and cleaning rooms, stocking supplies, contacting pharmacies and patients, working with nurses, and numerous other interesting responsibilities. Must be able to work a regular schedule and be flexible to cover hours as needed.

Please note, we are now requesting a two-year commitment for the position. Please keep this in mind if you are planning to apply for PA school. A letter of recommendation will be provided after successfully completing 14 months with our practice.

A current influenza vaccinations is required.
