Medical Assistant

A medical assistant is needed at our dermatology office in Santa Monica. This is a full time position with a 4 day work week. Minimum 1 year experience preferred, but not required as you will be trained for the position. Responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:

* Set up and assist the doctor with medical procedures

* Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff

* Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain medical history

* Make notations in medical charts

* Submit RX to pharmacies by escribe

* Strong organizational skills

* Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
