POSITION SUMMARY:
The Treatment Skin Boutique is seeking a Medical Assistant to support daily clinical operations and contribute to a positive, professional, and client-centered patient experience. This role assists providers with patient flow, procedural support, documentation, and operational readiness while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient treatment environment.
The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting high standards of patient care and client experience within a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment. This is an hourly position that may include weekend scheduling based on business needs. Training is provided in alignment with company protocols and applicable state regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Welcome and prepare patients for appointments and treatments in a professional and efficient manner.

Communicate patient needs, concerns, and relevant updates to medical provider

Assist providers with approved medical and aesthetic procedures in accordance with company protocols, provider delegation, licensure requirements, and applicable state regulations.

Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to support operational readiness and patient safety.

Ensure exam and treatment rooms maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and operational standards throughout the day.

Provide patients with approved post-procedure instructions, educational materials, and general treatment guidance as directed by providers.

Utilize company systems and HIPAA-compliant platforms to document patient information, upload photos, maintain records, and support clinical workflows.

Capture before-and-after treatment photos in accordance with company standards and consent protocols.

Ensure all required patient consent forms and documentation are completed prior to procedures.

Maintain familiarity with skincare products, aesthetic procedures, treatment offerings, and operational standards.

Support inventory organization, supply restocking, and additional operational needs as assigned.

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication in all patient and team interactions.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Medical Assistant certification or relevant medical office experience preferred, where applicable.
