Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate BILINGUAL SPANISH Medical Assistants to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical support to ensure the smooth operation of our medical office.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience

- Collect patient information and update medical records

- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and common areas

- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence professionally and efficiently

-Be able to multi-task and SCRIBE successfully

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a medical assistant program preferred

- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is REQUIRED

- Proficiency in medical administrative tasks such as managing records

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and compassionately with patients and their families

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation

-Bilingual Spanish speaking REQUIRED!
