Medical Assistant and Chronic Care Management and Annual Wellness

Looking for an energetic, experienced Medical Assistant that is an extremely motivated individual to work with our patients. Candidates must display excellent communication and customer service skills along with the ability to multi-task efficiently.

If you are committed to compassionate patient care and work well as a team with other dedicated employees, you may qualify as a good candidate. At least 2 years prior experience in medical office required. Athena experience a plus.

Primary duties in this positions will be performing Chronic Care Management, performing and assisting RN with Annual Wellness Exams.

Secondary duties in this position, the Medical Assistant is responsible for performing duties in both clinical and administrative areas, including assisting physicians with patient care and handling clerical, environment and logistical tasks.

All Medical Assistants are expected to protect patient’s health information for confidentiality, authorized access for treatment and data security.

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7:45am-5pm, Fri 7:45am-12pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
