What Your Day Might Look Like
- Greeting clients and helping them feel comfortable and respected
- Preparing patients for providers (rooming, vitals, intake information)
- Supporting clients through processes like urine screening and documentation
- Scheduling appointments with providers and counselors
- Answering phones and communicating with clients and families
- Coordinating with medical and counseling staff
- Take and record vital signs and patient information
- Assist with urine screenings and document results
- Support providers with patient flow and care coordination
- Help new patients begin treatment, including intake and documentation
- Managing front desk operations, payments, and records
- Maintain accurate records in the electronic health system
- Assist with scheduling, chart management, and general clinic flow
- Help create a welcoming, respectful environment for all clients

Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- 1–2 years of Medical Assistant experience
- Experience in addiction treatment or healthcare settings
- Customer service or patient-facing experience
Schedule (36-40 hours/week)
- Monday: 5:00 am – 12:30 pm
- Tuesday: 5:00 am – 12:30 pm
- Wednesday: 5:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Thursday: 5:00 am – 12:30 pm
- Friday: 5:00 am – 12:30 pm
- Rotating Saturday: 6:00 am – 8:00 am
