What You’ll Do

Clinical Support

• Assist licensed medical providers during patient exams and procedures.
• Record vital signs, take patient history, and perform clinical documentation with accuracy.
• Prepare exam rooms, handle specimen collection/labeling, and maintain infection control best practices.

Facility & Cleaning Support

• Ensure exam rooms, waiting areas, restrooms and common spaces remain clean, disinfected, stocked and organized. Indeed
• Restock supplies, monitor cleaning protocols, support site readiness and compliance. Indeed
• Adhere to environmental health and safety standards at all times.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain punctual attendance and schedule adherence.
• Communicate daily with site leadership through reporting and updates.
• Be adaptable—complete other assigned duties as needed to keep the site running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (or equivalent military training accepted).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (primary care, family medicine, occupational health, or similar).
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) federal background investigation.
• Physical capability to stand or walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, have fine motor skills, and respond to patient and site needs.
