Medical Assistant/ CNA / Wellness Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated MA / CNA / Wellness Specialist to join our team. This position requires flexibility and the ability to support all areas of daily clinic operations from client care and education to hands-on assistance with wellness services.

While administering injections (GLP-1 and vitamin) is part of the role, equal importance is placed on overall client interaction, education, and operational support throughout the day. You’ll ensure that every client receives an exceptional, seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Care: Welcome, educate, and guide clients through their services, ensuring a high-quality and personalized experience.
  • Service Support: Assist with daily wellness modalities such as cryotherapy, PBM light therapy, PEMF, laser therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen.
  • Injection Support: Administer GLP-1 (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide) and vitamin injections safely and accurately when needed.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain treatment areas, restock supplies, and uphold cleanliness and compliance standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members across both front and back-of-house operations.
  • Client Education: Communicate clearly about membership options, promotions, and follow-up scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant, CNA, Phlebotomist, EMT, or LVN.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in health, wellness, or medical settings.
  • Skilled in administering IM and Sub-Q injections.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with electronic charting (EHR or SOAP notes).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, closing shifts and weekends as scheduled.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per year
