Medical Assistant (Experienced Only) – Complete Care Group

Complete Care Group is a growing medical practice seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced clinical team.

This role is best suited for candidates who are confident in both clinical and patient-care responsibilities and can work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Required Qualifications (Please apply only if you meet ALL of the following):

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology with the ability to accurately document patient histories (medical, surgical, and family history)
• Proven experience with patient triage, including manual blood pressure readings
• Working knowledge of common medications and their indications
• Ability to manage 20–25+ patients per day in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Clinical Skills Required:

• Performing EKGs
• Administering injections
• Phlebotomy experience strongly preferred

Important:

This is a high-volume, fast-paced position. Candidates without hands-on clinical experience in a similar setting will not be considered.

Interview Process:

Interviews will be conducted in two phases, first to asses the candidates skills and personal attributes related to the job requirements, the second will be to allow for evaluation of the skills with possible hands on verbal skills related evaluation.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
