Medical Assistant, Fertility

We're looking for a Medical Assistant who understands they have a real stake in our patients' journey and takes that responsibility seriously — showing up prepared, paying attention to the details, and treating every interaction as one that matters. The right candidate brings strong clinical fundamentals, sound judgment, and the kind of follow-through that shows up in the small tasks as much as the visible ones. Job Responsibilities

• Interview patients and document medical history accurately
• Room patients, take vitals, and keep exam rooms clean and ready
• Perform blood draws across our diagnostic, TI, IUI, and IVF monitoring cycles
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, including weekend IVF monitoring
• Return patient calls with treatment plan updates — clearly, kindly, and promptly
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical records (HIPAA, Joint Commission)
• Prep charts and assemble documentation ahead of provider visits
• Track lab result turnaround and follow up on anything outstanding
• Pitch in on clerical work and workflow improvements as the clinic needs

Qualifications

• Prior MA experience (fertility, OB/GYN, or women’s health a plus, but not required)
• Comfort with blood draws and clinical workflows
• Strong organizational instincts and the ability to juggle priorities without dropping any
• Clear, professional communication — written, verbal, and bedside
• Proficiency with EMR systems and a willingness to learn ours
• MA certification or degree
• A commitment to confidentiality and to the people on the other side of every chart
