Medical Assistant I or II – Boutique IVF Practice (Full-Time)

Marin Fertility Center is a boutique in vitro fertilization (IVF) practice seeking a full-time Medical Assistant I or II to join our close-knit clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated MA who values precision, teamwork, and meaningful patient relationships.

We are a small, high-performance practice with three practitioners and a strong emphasis on accountability, communication, and continuous learning.

Position Level & Compensation

This role is open to Medical Assistant I or Medical Assistant II candidates.

• MA I: $28–30/hour

Entry-level or early-career MA building women’s health skills

• MA II: $30–34/hour

Experienced MA with strong clinical fundamentals and growing IVF exposure

(Level placement and compensation are determined by demonstrated skills, experience, and readiness.)

Key Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and supporting daily clinic flow
• Assisting with office-based procedures
• Turning over and stocking exam and procedure rooms
• Phlebotomy (or willingness to be trained quickly)
• Answering phones and responding to patient messages
• Supporting IVF cycle coordination tasks as appropriate to level
• Accurate documentation and task follow-through
• Use of multiple software systems, including Google Workspace

Skills & Attributes We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced medical setting
• Clear, respectful communication with patients and teammates
• Comfort working in a small practice where everyone contributes
• Willingness to learn IVF-specific workflows and timelines
• Reliability, punctuality, and accountability are essential

Experience Requirements

• MA I:
• 0–2 years of MA experience
• Women’s health exposure helpful but not required
• MA II:
• 2–4 years of MA experience
• Women’s health or fertility experience preferred
• Strong phlebotomy and clinic workflow skills

• Rotating weekend on-call responsibilities
