Position Overview

We are seeking a fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Medical Assistant with strong front desk coordination skills to join our expanding team. This hybrid role supports both clinical and administrative operations in our boutique aesthetics and wellness practice.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, as this role supports a diverse patient population and requires clear communication in both languages.

The ideal candidate is polished, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a high-end, patient-centered experience in a luxury medical setting.

Position Details

Position Type: Full-time, hourly

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week (including 2 Saturdays per month)

Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Support

• Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms prior to clinic opening
• Greet and check in patients, ensuring all required documentation is completed
• Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation
• Assist providers during aesthetic and wellness procedures
• Administer IM or subcutaneous injections (if trained and authorized)
• Provide bilingual patient education on post-care and follow-up instructions
• Monitor patient flow to maintain efficiency and timeliness
• Manage and restock clinical inventory

Front Desk & Patient Experience

• Answer calls, texts, and emails promptly in both Spanish and English
• Confirm and schedule appointments per provider protocol
• Process payments and assist with reconciliation
• Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area
• Deliver a concierge-style patient experience from check-in to check-out
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or CMA Candidate
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Aesthetic Records experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard medical environment
