Position Overview

The Medical Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator plays an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining efficient clinic operations. This role supports both administrative and clinical functions, including patient communication, appointment coordination, assisting with procedures, and ensuring the clinic environment remains organized and welcoming.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Experience & Front Desk Coordination
  • Warmly greet and check in patients
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Follow up with patients regarding cancellations and rescheduling
  • Respond to patient communications via phone, text, and email
  • Ensure intake forms and patient information are completed prior to visits

  • Track patient memberships and visits
  • Assist with maintaining organized patient records Support clinic workflow and assist with operational tasks throughout the day

Clinical Medical Assistant Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
  • Take and record vital signs
  • Assist the physician with examinations and treatments
  • Administer injections and medications when directed and authorized
  • Assist with aesthetic treatments when needed
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical supplies
  • Clean and sterilize equipment between patients
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation

Qualifications

  • Medical Assistant certification
  • Previous experience in a medical office, med spa, or healthcare setting
  • Experience with electronic medical records or scheduling systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
