About the Role: Medical Assistant

We’re looking for a Medical Assistant who cares as deeply about people as they do about procedures. In this role, you won’t just be drawing up injections or assisting with hormone pellet insertions—you’ll be educating, encouraging, and empowering patients on their path to wellness.

You’ll be a key player on a close-knit team that values ownership, humility, and transparency. Our MAs don’t hide behind job descriptions—we step up, help out, and always look for ways to create unforgettable experiences for our patients. Whether it’s prepping a room or comforting a nervous patient, no task is too small when it’s in service of helping someone heal.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in hormone pellet procedures and other treatments
• Educate patients about their care plans with warmth and clarity
• Manage follow-up communication and ensure patients feel supported
• Collaborate with providers and the rest of the clinical team
• Go above and beyond to create raving fans—not just satisfied patients

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
