Busy pediatric practice, 4 providers seeking energetic medical assistant to join our team. Must enjoy working with children.

Must provide superior level of service excellence to patients, physicians and staff in a caring and supportive manner. Protects patients' rights by maintaining strict patient confidentiality of personal and financial information at all times.

Under the direction of the Primary Care Provider, the MA performs certain clinical duties as well as administrative, and assists the Providers to assure each patient is provided timely and effective care.

Able to work efficiently with both the clinical and administrative duties of an MA.

• Rooming patients
• Lab Orders
• Prior Authorizations
• Fluoride treatments
• Vitals, height, weight, blood pressures
• Preform- test- flu-strep-mono-urine
• Refraction
• Hearing
• Standard duties of a Medical Assistant
• Scheduling
• Greet patients and conduct check in/out process
• Confirmation calls
• Ins. verification
• Collecting payments
• scanning documents to EMR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
